Description
Hoboken Grace Community Church is looking for a full-time Grace Kids Admin. The individual will work directly with our Director of Grace Kids to ensure the department provides fun and safe environments where kids can grow in their own authentic faith.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be comfortable working with children and families
- Must be able to thrive in a fast paced environment
- Must be detail and task-oriented
- Must be able to multitask and balance multiple projects
- Must be able to work on-site
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Recruit, train and lead the Grace Kids Resource Team who prepare weekly curriculum and supply events with resources
- Recruit, train and lead the Grace Kids Hype Team who provide weekly large group experiences for Grace Kids elementary
- Organize and maintain curriculum and event supplies
- Assist with planning and executing Grace Kids events
- Purchase supplies and resources needed for weekly curriculum and events
- Attend occasional training events and conferences
SCHEDULE
- Sunday - Thursday
- 40 - 45 hours per week plus occasional events (Easter, Christmas, Etc.)
