JOB POSITION               Events Coordinator

SUPERVISOR                   Events Associate Director 

LOCATION                      Hoboken, NJ

 

QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Must have excellent communication, multi-tasking, and organizational skills
  • Must have high-grade project management and problem solving skills
  • Must be able to recruit and work well in groups

 

JOB DESCRIPTION 

The Events Coordinator is responsible for making sure events held at 409 14th street run smoothly and efficiently. Your role prioritizes creating a warm and welcoming environment for all who enter. You will report to the Events Associate Director. Events include, but are not limited to, movie nights, workout classes, conferences, school function, and kids story time. The ideal candidate must have a love of people and service with flexibility being a key requirement.  

 

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

  • Providing and creating a warm environment when an event is taking place.
  • Coordinating set up and tear down of event space.
  • Execute production.
  • Manage hospitality. 

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • A commitment to the Hoboken Grace mission as well as an understanding of and willingness to serve within the values of Hoboken Grace
  • Must live up to the Leadership Covenant
  • Drive, a humble heart, and emotional intelligence are key attributes to success in this position
