The 1st Impressions Assistant is responsible for ensuring that all who walk through our doors feel welcomed, prepared for and loved. They will support the 1st Impressions Associate Director as they are responsible for the 1st Impressions leaders and team members.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be comfortable leading a team of volunteers
- Must be able to thrive in a fast paced environment
- Must be detail and task-oriented
- Must be able to multitask and balance multiple projects
- Must be able to work on-site
RESPONSIBILITIES
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Execution, and improvement of 1st Impressions strategy and processes
- Leading a team of leaders to accomplish the mission to help people find their way back to God through the feel of our space
- Assists in training and vision casting to a large team with various roles
- Assists in growing a leadership team by identifying, recruiting, coaching and mentoring
- Managing challenging guests
- Overseeing security of our attendees and space
- Event planning and execution
- Vendor management
- All other items related to the program as assigned
- Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without notice
SCHEDULE
- Will need to have Saturday and Sundays available.
