Job description:

Schedule: Monday - Friday, hours flexible.

Weekend work as needed.

Operating areas: 250 mile radius of Chicago (Bensenville, Northlake, Melrose Park) to Cedar Rapids, Carol Stream, Romeoville, Decatur, Sussex, Appleton WI

Experience: 2 years driving. 1 year of Dry van experience.

Responsibilities

● Safely transport freight throughout the Midwest region

● Track and maintain hours of service logs via Samsara System

● Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections

● Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers

● Examine shipping documents to verify all shipments

● Maintain compliance with all FMCSA regulations

● All other duties as assigned

Requirements

● Valid CDL-A with 2+ years of recent tractor-trailer experience

● 1 year of recent 53’ dry van experience

● Valid Medical Card

● Reliability and Flexibility with work schedules

● Must have a safe driving history and professional attitude with no more than 3 moving violations in the last 36 months.

● No More than 2 accidents in the last 36 months
