We have been providing our services for over fifteen years and we focus on systemic change through youth education and empowerment. We are looking for an experienced, resourceful, creative, and charismatic Fund Development Coordinator to create and execute successful fundraising campaigns that identify and secure grass-root individual donors, foundations, grants and high net worth donors. The Fund Development Coordinator will be responsible for maintenance and management of donor databases, digital marketing campaigns, paid and earned social campaigns, and SMS donor nurture campaigns. To be successful as our Fund Development Coordinator you must have excellent networking skills, experience with donor relations, efficiency in planning initiatives in advance, and able to manage multiple tasks at once.

The Fund Development Coordinator will play a crucial role in securing funding for our programs and initiatives, ensuring the continued growth and success of our organization.


- Develop and implement fundraising strategies to meet annual revenue goals

- Cultivate relationships with donors, sponsors, and grant-making organizations

- Write compelling grant proposals and letters of inquiry

- Manage donor stewardship activities, including acknowledgment letters and recognition programs

- Plan and execute fundraising events and campaigns

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with donors, board members, volunteers, sponsors, and community partners. The ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds is essential

- Monitor and report on fundraising progress, including revenue projections and budget tracking

- Stay informed about trends and best practices in fund development


- Bachelor's degree in nonprofit management, fundraising, or a related field

- Must have 10-15 years experience in the non-profit sector and have raised a minimum of 10 million in a successful donation campaigns

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

- Excellent organizational and project management abilities

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fundraising software

- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ethical fundraising practices
