Requirements:

Successful candidates for the entry level Production Associate role at Hinterhaus Distilling will:

• Work directly with Head and Assistant Distillers to learn and assist is various production activities as needed
• Be responsible, reliable, friendly and hardworking
• Possess a desire to learn about distilling, ask questions and retain knowledge gained
• Be vigilant and aware of safety at all times and strive to improve processes in order to reduce risks to self and fellow employees
• Have working knowledge of basic math, online spreadsheets, clean operating practices and an eye for quality control and accuracy
• Adhere to company time and attendance schedules
• Be available to work as needed from 9am to 3pm Wednesday and Thursday
• Will gain opportunities for more hours, responsibilities and potential for full time employment as we grow.

While performing the duties of this job, a Production Associate is required regularly to stand, walk, climb, use hands to handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, and listen. The employee must regularly lift and/or move more than 50 pounds. Specific abilities in this job include close distance, color, and peripheral vision, as well as depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to an environment with hot liquids, airborne particles, chemicals and moving machinery.
