The mission of our sales role is to continually recruit new business for the custom apparel division within the assigned territory, as well as to maintain existing accounts. The sales rep will source new customers via inbound leads, outbound cold calls and emails, word of mouth referrals, and in-person connections at cycling and triathlon events.

Job Expectations
• Achieve minimum growth of 20% year over year for first 3 years of hire
• Obtain a minimum of 25 qualified leads per week
• Maintain customer database to ensure records are up-to-date and accurate
• Generate and present a territory sales plan once per quarter to Program Director
• Collaborate with Custom Team to present a SWOT analysis of the market once per quarter to company
• Attend a minimum of two events within assigned territory per quarter
