Looking for an experienced and passionate Early Childhood Educator to support our Infant Classroom! This is an immediate opening and we looking for full-time candidates: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm

What to expect at Hillcrest: Our #1 goal is to provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow! You will help guide children in their learning by assisting in implementing lesson plans with engaging activities throughout each day. You will foster social and emotional development through strong connections and positive reinforcement. You will collaborate with the rest of the teaching team to help maintain a great working environment. You will maintain a clean and organized classroom that is warm and welcoming to our children and families.

Experience: Previous experience working with young children in a daycare or preschool setting preferred, but not required! Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education is great, but having an energetic and nurturing personality is even better. You must have demonstrated strong work ethic and reliability in your previous experience, as it's very important for children to have passionate and consistent caregivers.
