Infant/Toddler Learning Support Assistant

About Hillcrest Children's Center, Inc

Hillcrest Children’s Center is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to providing high-quality, play-based early childhood education. Our program focuses on nurturing children’s development through engaging, hands-on learning experiences that promote creativity, social skills, and cognitive growth.

Description

Do you smile at babies in the grocery store?

Have you ever had a full conversation (or a serious game of peek-a-boo) with a toddler sitting near you on a plane or in a waiting room?

If you naturally connect with young children, enjoy helping them learn, and believe that the early years shape a child’s future, you may be the perfect fit for our team!

Hillcrest is looking for a warm, dependable, and enthusiastic Infant/Toddler Learning Support Assistant to join our childcare team. This position supports children from birth through age 5 by creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can explore, play, and grow.

We are hiring for full-time positions, Monday through Friday between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Occasional evening event childcare and approximately one-half Saturday per month may also be available.

About Hillcrest

At Hillcrest, we believe children thrive when they are surrounded by loving relationships, positive interactions, and opportunities to learn through play. Our teachers create environments where children develop confidence, independence, curiosity, and essential life skills.
