We exist to lead people to know and follow Jesus! Highview Baptist Church was founded in 1947 in the Highview neighborhood of Louisville, KY. Over 75 years later, we are a multi-site and multi-lingual church body, with campuses spread across the city. Our staff is vital to our mission. Preaching, shepherding, accounting, music, maintenance, videography, administration, and everything in-between—we believe that God has called our staff members to use our gifts to serve the body, lead the members to accomplish the work of ministry, and model a thriving walk with Jesus.

Support Staff responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Administrative and clerical support (scheduling, data entry, communication, document preparation)
• Ministry support tasks such as coordination, follow-up, and volunteer assistance
• Front office, hospitality, or welcome-related support
• Assisting with events, projects, and seasonal initiatives
• Supporting campus operations and general organizational needs
• Collaborating with pastors, ministry leaders, and staff teams as assigned

Ideal candidates may have:

• Strong organizational, communication, and follow-through skills
• Flexibility and a willingness to support a variety of tasks and ministries
• Basic computer and office technology proficiency
• A servant-hearted posture and alignment with Highview’s mission and values
• The ability to work independently while also functioning well as part of a team

This position could be part-time or full time, depending on the availability and need. Depending on the need, this position may be open to remote work.
