We are looking for a gifted and passionate Worship Director/Pastor who can lead engaging worship experiences, develop talented volunteers, and help build a thriving worship ministry as our church continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Worship: Provide exceptional vocal and musical leadership that engages the congregation and creates meaningful annointed worship experiences.
• Plan Worship Experiences: Select and prepare worship sets, arrangements, and transitions that align with the vision and direction of weekend services.
• Develop Volunteers: Recruit, audition, train, schedule, and care for volunteer musicians and vocalists while developing future worship leaders.
• Provide Musical Direction: Lead rehearsals, coach musicians and vocalists, develop harmonies, and maintain a high standard of musical excellence.
• Manage Worship Systems: Utilize Planning Center to create orders of service, manage song resources, and schedule teams. Prepare and operate MultiTracks, including click tracks, guide tracks, and stems.
• Build a Healthy Team Culture: Foster a collaborative, encouraging, and spiritually healthy environment where volunteers are equipped to grow and serve with excellence.

Qualifications & Skills

• Exceptional vocal ability with demonstrated experience leading congregational worship.
• Strong musical competency, including proficiency with at least one instrument and nashville number system. 
• Experience recruiting, training, and developing volunteer musicians and vocalists.
• Proficiency with Planning Center Services and MultiTracks.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to lead effectively in a growing, multi-service church environment.
• A collaborative, adaptable, and solutions-oriented approach to ministry.
• 5+ years of previous church worship leadership experience preferred.
