About the Position
As a Member Specialist, you will act as an ambassador for HPA, nurturing positive relationships and enhancing the visibility and growth of our programs. Your role will include:

Creating a Positive Atmosphere: Ensure members feel appreciated and involved.

Customer Service Excellence: Providing a world class customer service experience to all.

Engagement and Sales: Enhance member experiences, increase program sales, and identify new revenue opportunities.

Community Engagement: Attend community events, build relationships, and promote our programs.

CRM & Software Management: Utilize CRM systems to manage leads and report sales performance.
Essential Accountabilities

Member Experience: Serve as an informed contact for members and potential members.

Sales & Revenue Generation: Actively promote memberships and achieve monthly sales targets.

Community Events & Liaison Duties: Represent HPA at community events and build relationships with local partners.

Commitment & Work Schedule
This is a full-time, hourly position, averaging 40 hours per week. While we prioritize work-life balance, additional hours may be necessary to meet deadlines and program success.
Physical Requirements
- Regularly required to stand, walk, sit, and lift/move up to 50 pounds.
- Specific vision and hearing abilities are required for communication and document handling.
