  • Develop and launch a refreshed brand and messaging strategy that energizes our audience and reflects our growth.
  • Increase program visibility and enrollment through high-impact marketing campaigns for HPA Pathways, sports camps, and enrichment offerings.
  • Build a content ecosystem—including newsletters, blogs, reports, and digital campaigns—that engages stakeholders and tells our story with heart and clarity.
  • Grow HPA’s digital reach by at least 25% across core channels (social, email, web), with measurable engagement boosts.
  • Establish marketing infrastructure that supports regional teams with toolkits, templates, and brand guidelines.
  • Mentor and grow a high-functioning marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and learning.

You’ll Thrive If You...


  • Are a storyteller, strategist, and systems-builder all in one.
  • Love turning big ideas into tangible campaigns that spark action and drive results.
  • Have 7+ years of experience in communications, marketing, or brand strategy—preferably in youth development, education, or mission-driven orgs.
  • Know your way around Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, HubSpot, Google Analytics, Mailchimp, and Meta Ads (or are eager to learn).
  • Bring a team-first mindset, a sharp creative eye, and a deep belief in equity, access, and opportunity for all youth.
