Compensation:
Starting at $25/hour (Full-Time, based on experience) after a 90-day onboarding period.

As a Lead RDA (Growth Track), you will:
- Deliver efficient, high-level chairside support that maximizes doctor productivity
- Help establish and maintain clinical systems, workflows, and organization
- Anticipate needs and reduce downtime—keeping the day running smoothly
- Contribute to a consistent, high-quality patient experience
- Take ownership of clinical flow, setup, sterilization, and standards
- Grow into a leadership role within the back office
