HiTech is a currently looking for an experienced Account Manager. We work in a fast-paced environment where we strive to provide great service to our clients. As a team we are committed to delivering exceptional value to our customers. We are looking for someone who can manage expectations for existing accounts, build strong business relationships with newly acquired clients, and serve as the pivotal liaison between clients and our organization.


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Client Relationship Management: Oversee the expectations of existing accounts and nurture strong business relationships with new clients.
  2. Liaison: Act as the main point of contact between HiTech Solutions and our clients, ensuring effective communication and prompt resolution of any issues.
  3. Technical Business Reviews (TBRs): Regularly produce and present TBRs to clients, offering critical insights and recommendations to help maintain their digital infrastructure.
  4. Sales and Commission: Understand client needs and recommend suitable product options. There is commission provided on products sold.
  5. Quoting: Prepare and provide accurate quotes to clients based on their specific needs and requirements.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in account management or similar roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A clear understanding of customer and market dynamics.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field is a plus.

This position requires office presence and will include travel to client locations.
