Position Title: Tax Manager Department: Wealth Management


Direct Report: Chief Executive Officer Position Type: Full-Time

As a Tax Manager, you will prepare and deliver financial documents for tax and accounting purposes. Working with financial advisors and wealth planners, this role will provide our clients with specialized professional tax preparation and planning services.


Role Responsibilities:

  • Proactively interact and communicate with clients to gather information
  • Build solid, effective client relationships
  • Participate in financial reporting engagements
  • Prepare and review individual, trust, and business tax returns
  • Conduct tax research and provide strategic tax planning for clients
  • Provide comprehensive tax consulting services to clients
  • Assist with IRS and state tax notices and audits
  • Analyze client financial information and identify potential tax-saving opportunities
  • Contribute to business development efforts and promote firm services to potential clients


Required Education and Experience:

  • Accounting, Finance, or Economics degree from an accredited university.
  • Relevant experience in the industry with relevant responsibilities and duties
  • Experience with high-net-worth individuals and small business clients, or business and estate/trust taxation
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) License Required
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state tax laws and regulations

$100,000 - $120,000 per year
