Direct Support Professional (DSP)

Join Cherubim's team supporting adults with disabilities! Help individuals achieve independence and community integration in a residential setting & Day Program site.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities and personal care
• Provide transportation and community support
• Administer medications
• Maintain documentation

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED
• Valid driver's license
• Pass background checks (IDHS, DCFS, OIG)
• CPR/First Aid certified (or obtain upon hire)
• Must be 18+
