Key Responsibilities
- Establish positive rapport with customers as the first impression of HERO exteriors
- Stay up to date on industry product and labor knowledge
- Establish and pursue leads to accomplish weekly sales goal
- Oversee direct calendar and scheduling for initial appointments
- Review projects with customers on-site, making sure to implement effective listening skills to understand customers needs/ wants
- Strive to provide the best estimates for our customers
- Create estimates and submit estimates to Sales Manager to pursue contracts with customers
- Regularly review and follow up with leads and prospects to identify how to move them to the next milestone
- Log completed jobs into geo-tracking database
- Maintain highest level of communications with HERO exteriors team members
