Plaintiff's Personal Injury firm seeking an experienced Personal Injury Pre-Litigation Case Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in managing pre-litigation cases for plaintiffs. Responsibilities include managing a caseload of 80-100 cases, initiating welcome calls with new clients, gathering case details, corresponding with medical providers, monitoring case statuses, assisting with property damage, preparing demand letters, negotiating liens, and preparing settlement statements. This position offers benefits such as 401(k), dental insurance, health insurance, life insurance, paid time off, parental leave, retirement plan, and vision insurance. The schedule is a full-time 8-hour shift at one location. Supplemental pay includes bonus pay. Experience in personal injury law is required.
