We are currently seeking an LCSW/LMFT with clinical experience to provide individual psychotherapy to adults and/or children in a private practice setting. You have the option to conduct sessions in person or virtually, based on your preference and the client's needs. Our scheduling is flexible, requiring a minimum of 25 clients per week. Pay is dependent on clients seen.

We aim to create a supportive and flexible environment for experienced clinicians. This position provides a great opportunity for individuals interested in growing their private practice on a full-time or part-time basis, without the challenges of office space rental or administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

• Must be licensed as an LCSW or LMFT
• Clinical experience providing psychotherapy is required
• Strong understanding of therapeutic techniques, interventions, DSM-5 criteria, and evidence-based approach is necessary
• Bilingual-Fluency in Spanish is required in order to conduct sessions in Spanish

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $54.00 - $120.00 per hour

Note: Pay is productivity. The start date will be determined upon completion of credentialing, which may take up to three months.
