Come join our team of Associate Therapists that are helping to better understand where clients’ issues stem from and how to manage their thoughts and feelings more effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual, couple, and family therapy sessions to clients
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans based on client needs
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions
• Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients
• Provide crisis management and support during emergency situations

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field
• Associate Social Worker (ASW) or Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT)
• Strong understanding of therapeutic techniques, interventions, and DSM-5 criteria
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines
• Bilingual- Fluency in Spanish is required in order to conduct sessions in Spanish

Benefits:

• Hourly rate: $35-$40 (25 clients a week)
