Drivers are responsible for double checking their delivery orders to ensure that food and side items are never forgotten and are delivered to the right customer on time. Jimmy John’s is all about doing your job with 100% integrity and our goal is to have deliveries “out the door in 4” minutes or in no more than 10 minutes. While in-shop, waiting for a delivery, drivers are required to help customers on the register, answer phones, complete cleaning tasks and should assist in helping fulfill in-shop/pickup and delivery orders. DRIVERS ARE REQUIRED TO ANSWER THE PHONE BEFORE ANYONE ELSE, that does mean in shop or management.

HOURLY starting at $12 plus tips

Responsibilities, include:

1. Completing driver safety course after MVR approval
2. Answering phones with proper customer service
3. Drivers are always first to answer phones, no more than 3 rings
4. Knows all our sandwiches
5. Can be a register Rockstar, upselling with every customer
6. Ability to make sandwiches as needed
7. Being fast on their feet, but not on the road
8. Are capable of handling catering orders no matter how large with proper integrity. (i.e. no mayo, proper quantity usage, delay dates/instructions for drivers) 

Also, make sure you are getting proper instructions for yourself or other drivers
