As the public face of the company, the Sales Associate/ Stylist is responsible for dealing with any and all customer questions about the products and services the company offers. A Sales Associate is expected to be continuously updating their knowledge of Henna Shoppe products, services, and policies.

Note, unlike many retail employers, our sales staff is eligible to earn tips for outstanding customer service, and also gets to participate in profit sharing bonus programs based on store performance!
