Position Overview:

As a Full Stack Developer specializing in PHP and the Laravel framework, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our robust, scalable web applications. You'll work closely with our CTO and our cross-functional team to understand business requirements, architect solutions, and implement features that enhance user experience and functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the CTO, product managers, designers, and other developers to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Design, develop, and maintain secure, efficient, and reusable code using PHP and the Laravel framework.
• Implement front-end components using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks such as Vue.js or React.js.
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs for seamless communication between front-end and back-end systems.
• Perform code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure code quality and performance.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and apply them to improve our development processes and tools.
• Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, regular stand-ups, and sprint demos.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience (X years) as a Full Stack Developer, with a strong focus on PHP and the Laravel framework.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles.
• Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks/libraries such as Vue.js or React.js is a plus.
• Solid understanding of database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and ORM libraries.
• Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and development workflows (e.g., Gitflow).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues independently.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker) is desirable but not required.
