At Mainland, content is the engine. It drives PR, fuels digital, and influences real business decisions. That means every story needs to be clear, credible, and worth reading.
If you want to write high-volume, low-impact content, this is not the role.
What You’ll Do
- Write and edit articles, profiles, and thought leadership content
- Interview founders, executives, and operators to uncover real stories
- Turn insights into content that can be amplified through media and digital
- Work closely with PR and digital teams to align messaging and timing
- Manage multiple deadlines across multiple clients
- Bring ideas, not just execution
What Winning Looks Like
- Clean, compelling writing that requires minimal revision
- Strong interviews that lead to meaningful stories
- Content that gets picked up, shared, and used across channels
- Consistent output, delivered on time
- Ability to connect the story to the bigger picture
Who You Are
- You have 2–5 years of writing, journalism, or content experience
- You are comfortable interviewing people and asking the right questions
- You can write quickly without losing clarity or quality
- You are curious and know how to find the story behind the surface
- You take ownership of your work and your deadlines
- You care about getting it right
