We're looking for someone who can thrive in a fast pace, flexible, and remote work environment to support the implementation of diverse marketing technology initiatives in support of client growth programs.

We are looking for someone with demonstrable, hands-on experience implementing all Hubs that HubSpot offers. Having multiple HubSpot Certifications with a hunger for more would be ideal.

  • Can you instruct a client through the dashboards and guide sales teams?
  • If so, you are the ideal candidate!

The ideal candidate is an experienced and certified HubSpot enterprise user who is a self-starter but also works well as part of a team. You must be very organized and able to juggle multiple priorities and meet reasonable deadlines. You will be required to provide daily and weekly project status updates to management.

As a HubSpot Onboarding Specialist, you will:

  • Advise clients onboarding HubSpot including those part of the PSO Program (Partner Scaled Onboarding), helping them to achieve their desired objectives with HubSpot.

  • Evaluate marketing and sales requirements, current tech stack, and business objectives to define each client’s ideal HubSpot solution.

  • Define the future state processes and the customer journey(s) that will govern how to implement HubSpot effectively.

  • Understand how to take a problem a client might present and explore different ways to solve for it.

  • Obtain HubSpot Onboarding Accreditation.

  • Make sure clients meet onboarding standards and deadlines.

  • Identify opportunities for Lake One to support client goals beyond onboarding and advise how we may be able to partner.

  • Follow up with onboarding clients after implementation to inform of product and service updates and ensure value creation.

Training and Support: Conduct training sessions to educate sales and marketing teams on HubSpot functionalities, best practices, and adoption strategies. Offer ongoing support to troubleshoot issues and address user inquiries.

Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with the latest HubSpot features, updates, and industry trends to recommend and implement enhancements that align with business goals and drive sales growth.

You should be comfortable with: 

  • Day-to-day task and project management
  • Marketing Automation & CRM (Hubspot, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Admin Knowledge
  • Google Suite
  • Productivity Tools (e.g. Asana)
