As a Business Development Representative you Will:



  • Use prospecting strategies to lead initial outreach to prospects
  • Identify the needs and challenges of the prospective customer
  • Determine the prospect's interest in HubSpot software and Lake One services
  • Schedule discovery meetings for sales representatives and prospects
  • Achieve and exceed activity and revenue goals daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/annually
  • Capture, track and document prospect interactions in HubSpot 
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify new leads
  • Assist in the development of marketing campaigns



  • Qualifications:
  • HaveExperience working within customer service or sales environment
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, presentation)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Highly organized with

  • Have excellent phone, writing, and listening skills
  • Are a Self-starter who has a desire to learn, grow, and excel in their role
  • Have a knowledge of business processes and organizational structures
  • Have an interest in marketing and sales technology and solving complex problems associated with B2B businesses.
  • Have experience reaching or exceeding [weekly/monthly] activity goals/quotas
  • Have familiarity with HubSpot products
  • Understand B2B businesses, especially manufacturing, technology, healthcare, and professional services. 
  • Are a Lifelong learner. 
  • Have a fine-tuned attention to detail.
  • Are competitive and don’t give up easily

Salary

$40,000 - $60,000 per year
