About the Role

Divergent Path Wellness is seeking a clinical-track MSW student for a hands-on, immersive internship. As part of our therapy team, you’ll provide affirming, intentionally inclusive clinical services to our diverse client base, with a focus on neurodivergent, LGBTQIA+, and other underrepresented communities. You’ll develop your clinical skills in a supportive, values-driven environment while also engaging in outreach and organizational process meetings to understand how an affirming mental health practice operates.

What You’ll Do

• Provide individual therapy under supervision, with opportunities to co-facilitate groups
• Engage in weekly individual and group supervision sessions
• Participate in outreach activities, including community events and networking with referral partners
• Contribute to organizational process meetings to understand policy development, quality assurance, and ethical practice management
• Document clinical work in compliance with best practices and agency standards

What We’re Looking For

• Must be enrolled in a clinical-track Master of Social Work (MSW) program
• Interest in working with LGBTQIA+ clients, neurodivergent individuals, and people with complex trauma histories
• Commitment to anti-oppressive, client-centered practice
• Clear communication and openness to learning in a collaborative setting
