Requirements

• Collaborating with other professionals
• Diagnose patient's mental and emotional disorders
• Oversee patient medical history
• Provide both in-person and virtual clinical services to patients of Healthy Life Choices GA,
• Prompt arrival to sessions/meetings is strongly encouraged.
• Maintain unrestricted LCSW/LPC licensure in Georgia for the duration of employment.
• Respond to any client correspondence within 24 hours, regardless of how requests are made (Email, Phone, Voicemail).
• Maintain communication with the client treatment team when appropriate.
• Complete written records for clientele promptly. These include, but are not limited to: intake notes, progress notes, treatment plans, biopsychosocial, and all other forms of documentation
• Attend all mandatory staff meetings and training. It is strongly encouraged to arrive prompt and prepared.
• Ensure that all services provided are conducted professionally.
• Other duties may be assigned.
• Must be punctual and timely in reporting to work and client sessions.
• Masters in Clinical Social Work preferred.
• Possess unrestricted LCSW licensure in the state of Georgia.
• Be organized and detail-oriented.
• Possess strong interpersonal skills, written communication skills, and verbal communication skills.
• Possess a minimum of one year's experience in mental health counseling.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

• (Part-Time) Available to work at least two days weekly and hold a minimum of 12-15 client sessions a week.
• (Full-Time) Available to work at least 4-5 days weekly and hold a minimum of 25 client sessions a week.

· Salary: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
