About Healthy Aging Physical Therapy

Healthy Aging Physical Therapy is an outpatient-at-home practice specializing in the care of older adults, individuals with Parkinson’s disease, and people with complex medical needs. We deliver expert, personalized physical therapy, occupational therapy, and wellness services directly in our patients’ homes - removing barriers to access and elevating the standard of care for aging adults. What makes us stand out is our commitment to both sides of the care experience by providing unrushed, patient-centered visits that prioritize safety, education, and functional independence AND a supportive, flexible, and collaborative work environment designed to help clinicians thrive without the pressures common in traditional healthcare settings. Our practice is built on compassion, clinical excellence, and the belief that movement, empowerment, and meaningful human connection are essential to healthy aging.
