Full-time, Monday – Friday
Standard business hours are generally between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.; however, flexibility is required to meet business and client needs. Approximately 10% of work may occur outside standard hours, including early mornings, evenings, late nights, and occasional weekends, to support client programs and special requests.
This position follows a hybrid work model, combining remote and in-office work. Travel to client locations is required and may include both local day trips and overnight travel based on client program needs.
Tasks and Responsibilities
Health Promotion & Client Support
- Support client strategy and planning conversations along side a Health Promotion Manager that will maximize participant outcomes toward better health
- Develop programs based on annual outline for each client, holding to deadlines, prioritizing tasks in order of importance
- Develop and manage communications aligned with client annual plans, including registration materials, promotional content, surveys, and talking points
- Create and deliver ongoing communications such as monthly awareness campaigns, newsletters, emails, and custom client materials
- Support implementation of environmental and wellness initiatives
- Assist Health Promotion Managers with client account launches and relaunches
- Evaluate all programs based on participation, participant feedback, and changes in health status
- Develop content aligned with Product Development Strategy
- Provide cross-functional support across service lines as needed
Biometric Screening Support
- Be proficient at performing biometric screening procedures including proper finger pokes, blood pressure, height, weight, and waist measurements, appropriate levels for lab values, and universal precautions related to blood.
- Assist with biometric data entry and report generation
- Provide onsite staffing support for screening events as needed
Portal Administration
- Collaborate with Portal Team Members to support client accounts
- Generate client-specific reports
- Develop and manage ongoing client communications within the portal
- Perform routine site maintenance to ensure a positive user experience
- Complete file uploads (user data, challenges, trackers) and data entry tasks
- Support end user Support Team.
High Level of Service
- Deliver high-quality client support
- Maintain strong communication and collaboration with internal teams
- Contribute to continuous improvement of programs and processes
- Represent HealthSource Solutions in a professional and engaging manner
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and data‑privacy guidelines
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in health promotion, wellness, public health, or related field
- 3+ years’ experience in the health promotion field
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general technology platforms
- Ability to accommodate a flexible work schedule
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with wellness platforms, data entry, or client communications
- Certification and/or experience in lifestyle or health coaching
- Ability to engage participants, initiate meaningful conversations, and build relationships that support health coaching and wellness program participation
