Class times available are:

Monday 11am-11:30am, Tuesday 11am-11:30am, or Thursday 12pm-12:30pm.

What You'll Do

• Lead safe, engaging, and effective group fitness classes for participants of varying fitness levels and abilities.
• Create an inclusive environment where all participants feel welcomed, supported, and challenged.
• Provide modifications and progressions to accommodate beginners through advanced exercisers.
• Foster participant engagement through positive coaching, motivation, and encouragement.
• Arrive prepared and ready to deliver a professional class experience, including equipment and studio setup as needed.
• Maintain a strong focus on participant safety, exercise technique, and overall experience.

Qualifications

• Current nationally recognized Group Fitness Instructor certification and/or specialty certification relevant to the format(s) taught.
• Current CPR/AED certification.
• Demonstrated experience leading group fitness classes.
