Key Responsibilities:


  • Business Development: Proactively identify and target potential clients in various industries to expand our customer base.
  • Lead Generation: Generate leads through various channels such as networking, cold calling, social media, and attending industry events.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored wellness solutions.
  • Presentations and Proposals: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits and value of our wellness solutions.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and close deals to secure new business opportunities.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the delivery and marketing team to develop and execute campaigns that support business development efforts.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions and provide regular reports on sales performance and business development initiatives.
  • Complex Problem Solving: Systemic approach to identifying issues, utilizing data, and thinking creatively, to initiate effective solutions.


Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role, with an interest in the wellness industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for wellness and a genuine desire to help organizations improve their workplace well-being.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
