Description

About Health In Harmony

HIH operates at the nexus of human well-being, environmental stewardship, and Indigenous leadership. We are protecting our climate and community wellbeing in three ways: addressing the root causes of deforestation, centering Indigenous leadership and sovereignty, and by scaling our global model for planetary health. Without action, global temperatures will rise at least 1.5 degrees Celsius over pre-industrial averages by 2030, according to the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change.

Health In Harmony employs human-centered design techniques to develop trust and advance solutions to global heating and the preservation of its diverse ecosystems. Reversing deforestation is Health In Harmony's first priority and distributes the majority of the resources it acquires to increase access to primary healthcare, organic farming skills, reforestation efforts, and small business creation.

  • Design and facilitate meaningful donor experiences—including virtual and in-person engagements, as well as donor trips—that reflect HIH’s values of mutuality and transparency.

Campaigns & Community Engagement

  • Partner with the Communications team to create compelling materials—such as brochures, digital stories, visuals, and proposals—for use in campaigns, events, and donor meetings.

Data, Analytics & CRM Management

  • Collaborate with the Partnerships Associate in CRM management, including building dashboards, generating reports, and applying best practices for donor data integrity.

Global Visibility & Event Engagement

  • Coordinate HIH’s presence at major global events (e.g., TED Summit, New York Climate Week, COP30), identifying strategic opportunities for visibility and donor engagement.
  • Prepare briefing materials, attend key sessions, and support relationship-building efforts to strengthen HIH’s philanthropic profile on the international stage.
