Description

About Health In Harmony

HIH operates at the nexus of human well-being, environmental stewardship, and Indigenous leadership. We are protecting our climate and community wellbeing in three ways: addressing the root causes of deforestation, centering Indigenous leadership and sovereignty, and by scaling our global model for planetary health. Without action, global temperatures are expected to rise at least 1.5 degrees Celsius above pre-industrial averages by 2030, according to the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change.

Health In Harmony employs human-centered design techniques to foster trust and develop solutions to global warming and the preservation of its diverse ecosystems. Reversing deforestation is Health In Harmony's first priority. HIH distributes the majority of the resources it acquires to increase access to primary healthcare, organic farming skills, reforestation efforts, and small business creation.
