The Role

. Supervisor Experience Preferred

Education and Qualifications

· Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

· Clinical license must be in good standing in the State of Connecticut, New York and/or Commonwealth of Massachusetts

· At least 2 years of clinical experience

· At least 1 year of supervisor experience

· Knowledge of trauma informed care and holistic practices

· Skill in applying varied interventions with individuals/families in crisis

· Conduct a minimum of 20 client contact hours weekly

· Willing to work at least one evening a week and at least three days in the office

· Have reliable internet connections and a secure home office

Major Areas of Responsibility

• Supervise and oversee clinicians at designated location.
• Assist with interviews with candidates for employment.
• Understand and follow all policies and procedures of Healing Springs Wellness Center as a Supervisor and clinician.
• Be proactive and responsible in holding clinicians accountable in note content and timeliness, marketing/blogging (if applicable), and overall performance of their job duties via in person informal check ins.
• Check in monthly as a group with other Site Supervisors and Clinical Director regarding processes and/or procedures, including proposed changes, clinical issues and successes.
• Provide formal case consultation/supervision to fully licensed clinicians at least once per month.
• Provide formal supervision and signs clinical notes of provisionally licensed therapists.
• Proactively work towards improving the practice’s client experience and ensure client satisfaction by way of supervising clinicians.
• Collaborate with the Clinical Director and Client Care Coordinator on improving overall client and employee experience.
• Ability to handle and provide straight-forward feedback to leadership and clinical team members.
• Other site supervisory/related duties as may be assigned.
• Provide high quality, compassionate, and ethical mental health therapy to clients as scheduled.
• Maintain case files within electronic health record.

Compensation Information

The Clinical Supervisor must also maintain a minimum clinical caseload of 20 clients per week and provide up to 15 hours of direct supervisor work. Pay DOE $55-$58 per hour.
