We are seeking a skilled and licensed mental health professional who is looking to provide culturally competent and trauma informed care. Therapists must be open to holistic and integrative approaches such as EMDR, Brain Spotting, Somatic Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Emotional Freedom Technique, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

Education and Qualifications

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), and Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHC) or Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC)
• May consider a Master’s level therapist who has clinical experience (LMSW or LPCA), but will need to agree to supervision at least twice per month
• Clinical license must be in good standing in the State of Connecticut and/or Commonwealth of Massachusetts
• At least 2 years of clinical experience
• Knowledge of trauma informed care and holistic practices
• Skill in applying varied interventions with individuals/families in crisis
• Conduct a minimum of 15 client contact hours weekly
• Willing to work at least one evening a week
• Have reliable internet connections and a secure home office

Team Member Compensation Information

We are now offering part-time and full-time W2 positions, 15 to 40 billable hours. We do offer remote-online therapy for our clients. Our fee for service is $45-$60 per hour.
