Job Description

Healing Spaces Psychological Services LLC specializes in compassionate, accurate psychological testing for ADHD, autism, and learning differences in St. Louis. We provide trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and individualized evaluations for children, teens, and adults. Our team is dedicated to clarity, validation, and genuine support, with a focus on differential diagnosis and actionable recommendations.


Position: Full-Time Licensed Psychologist (Hybrid: In-Person & Virtual)


Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct clinical services, including therapy and/or assessment, as assigned and based on experience.
  • Supervise doctoral students in the delivery of assessment and/or therapy services, ensuring adherence to best practices and ethical standards.
  • Conduct disability evaluations.
  • Oversee and guide interns in the delivery of therapy and assessment services, ensuring adherence to best practices and ethical standards.


Requirements:

  • Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD).
  • Current Missouri psychology license.
  • Demonstrated experience in psychological assessment and report writing.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Experience in supervising and mentoring doctoral interns.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Commitment to trauma-informed and culturally responsive care.
  • Licensed with Medicaid (Mo Health Net & Home State Health, preferred).
