Bilingual EMDR Therapist – Part-Time 1099 Contractor

Healing Souls Therapy, LLC is a growing bilingual group practice in Miami, Florida. We are seeking a warm, dependable, and independently licensed therapist to provide virtual psychotherapy services to adults throughout Florida.

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Florida license: LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• EMDR trained
• Already credentialed with Headway in Florida
• Active NPI-1 and CAQH profile
• Professional liability insurance
• Comfortable working independently as a 1099 contractor
• Strong documentation, communication, and time-management skills

Position Details

• Part-time, fully virtual position
• Flexible schedule
• Independent contractor classification
• 70/30 compensation split: clinician receives 70% of eligible insurance revenue actually collected
• No specific reimbursement rate is guaranteed
• Referrals, administrative support, credentialing assistance, and practice marketing will be provided

Important Caseload Information

Healing Souls Therapy is a growing group practice, so the caseload will build gradually. A specific number of referrals, sessions, or income cannot be guaranteed. This opportunity is best suited for a clinician who already has another source of income or an existing caseload and is looking to grow with the practice over time.

Clinicians may continue working with other practices or platforms as long as they comply with all applicable contractual, ethical, and confidentiality requirements.

The ideal candidate is compassionate, culturally responsive, collaborative, and comfortable working with adult clients experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, and related concerns. We are especially interested in a therapist who values high-quality clinical care and wants to grow alongside a small, supportive bilingual practice.
