(HQCV) seeks a skilled and compassionate clinician to join a growing private practice. The ideal therapist would love counseling all social economics populations willing to become a complex trauma specialist and proficient in parenting, behavioral health, crisis counseling, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and other mental health diagnoses.  Also willing to do office, remote, and in-home counseling.  

 Preferred experience: Working with individuals, families, children, and trauma. Working knowledge of incorporating Christian principles and mental health best practices would be helpful since one of our clientele is the Christian community, as well as cultural competencies or a desire to work in various cultural groups.

Pay:

a.    For LPC, LCSW - $65 to$70 per hour

b.    For LAC or LSW - $55 to 65 per hour supervision included for LACs.

c. We offer in-home for $80 per hour

• Fully furnished office for private practice clients in Newfield, NJ, serving the South Jersey area. By fall, we will have another Sicklerville, Camden County area office.  

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution
• Active provisional or full licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in New Jersey
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a mental health clinician
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices and proficiency in conducting clinical assessments, individual/group therapy, and crisis intervention
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) and maintaining confidentiality and professional boundaries.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team while managing Time and prioritizing tasks effectively.
• Strong ethical standards and a commitment to providing compassionate, quality care to patients.
• Willingness to undergo background checks to maintain compliance with state and federal regulations.
