About Healing Quest Counseling Villages (HQCV):

We are looking for a skilled, compassionate, and committed Christian clinician who:

• Integrates Christian principles with evidence-based practices
• Enjoys working with diverse populations
• Is willing to become a trauma specialist
• Is proficient in treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, and related mental health concerns

Responsibilities:

• Provide therapy in-office or remotely
• Conduct assessments and treatment planning
• Maintain accurate documentation
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors
• Participate in trainings and team meetings

Preferred Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience with children, adolescents, families, and trauma-affected clients
• Cultural competence and willingness to work respectfully with diverse communities

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or higher in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field
• Active NJ license: LAC, LPC, LSW, LCSW, LMFT, LAMFT, PsyD, etc.
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices and crisis intervention
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Professional, organized, and self-motivated
• Commitment to ethical practice and quality client care
• Willingness to undergo background checks
