About Healing Quest Counseling Villages (HQCV):

We are looking for a skilled, compassionate, and committed Christian clinician who:
- Integrates Christian principles with evidence-based practices
- Enjoys working with diverse populations
- Is willing to become a trauma specialist
- Is proficient in treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, and related mental health concerns
Responsibilities:
- Provide therapy in-office or remotely
- Conduct assessments and treatment planning
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors
- Participate in trainings and team meetings
Preferred Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience with children, adolescents, families, and trauma-affected clients
- Cultural competence and willingness to work respectfully with diverse communities

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or higher in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field
- Active NJ license: LAC, LPC, LSW, LCSW, LMFT, LAMFT, PsyD, etc.
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices and crisis intervention
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Professional, organized, and self-motivated
- Commitment to ethical practice and quality client care
- Willingness to undergo background checks
