Provide clients a delightful and positive self-care experience throughout every touch-point: in-person, online, or phone.

Description

  • Ensure clients, visitors, and team-members are delightfully and hospitably welcomed into a cozy, clutter-free, and inviting healing space.
  • Coordinate client care and develop professional relationship with clients.
  • Manage daily operations by ensuring that clients, providers, and staff stay on time with their daily schedule and appointments; and effectively rectify delays.
  • Effectively schedule appointments by optimizing clients' requests, provider time, and treatment room(s) utilization.
  • Confidently enforce clinic policies and procedures to clients, and collaborate with team to optimize said policies and procedures
  • Comfort clients by anticipating and attending to their needs, answering questions; attending to their distress, and reporting emergencies to provider(s) and management
  • Collect payment of client charges, fees, past dues, and balances.
  • Maintain client accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information.
  • Effectively manage client complaints; and optimize customer service procedures in order to continually provide dignified customer service solutions.
  • Ensure effective organization of client records using online and physical filing systems
  • Coordinate with insurance billing team and third-party payers.

  • Demonstrable verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to think and act independently to find solutions. Must manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Is task and detail oriented.
  • Ability to take on ownership of assignments and communicate status, issues, etc., and follow-through to completion.
  • Strong organization skills, work ethic, and time management
  • Enthusiasm for self-care and fitness (practicing preferred)
  • Must be punctual and demonstrate reliable attendance to work
  • Ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability of all HIPAA (created, received, maintained, or transmitted)
  • Must have reliable transportation to and from work


HOURS, BENEFITS, OPPORTUNITIES

  • 25-29 hours per week
  • Availability requirement: Monday - Friday

SALARY

  • $21-23 per hour depending on hours/availability, and experience
