- Ensure clients, visitors, and team-members are delightfully and hospitably welcomed into a cozy, clutter-free, and inviting healing space.
- Coordinate client care and develop professional relationship with clients.
- Manage daily operations by ensuring that clients, providers, and staff stay on time with their daily schedule and appointments; and effectively rectify delays.
- Effectively schedule appointments by optimizing clients' requests, provider time, and treatment room(s) utilization.
- Confidently enforce clinic policies and procedures to clients, and collaborate with team to optimize said policies and procedures
- Comfort clients by anticipating and attending to their needs, answering questions; attending to their distress, and reporting emergencies to provider(s) and management
- Collect payment of client charges, fees, past dues, and balances.
- Maintain client accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information.
- Effectively manage client complaints; and optimize customer service procedures in order to continually provide dignified customer service solutions.
- Ensure effective organization of client records using online and physical filing systems
- Coordinate with insurance billing team and third-party payers.
