About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Keep customer contracting processes moving.
  • Manage day-to-day office operations, supplies, equipment, mail, and shared spaces.
  • Coordinate schedules and meetings.
  • Maintain office records, policies, contracts, and administrative files.
  • Serve as the primary contact for vendors, facilities providers, and building management.
  • Support on boarding and off boarding by preparing workspaces, coordinating access, and organizing materials.
  • Process invoices, expense reports, purchase requests, and basic budget tracking.
  • Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes, workplace organization, and employee experience.
  • Provide general administrative support to leadership and teams as needed.
  • Help maintain a safe, professional, and welcoming office environment.


Required Qualifications

  • Two or more years of experience in office management, administration, operations, or a related role.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently.
  • Sound judgment, discretion, and a customer-service mindset.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting a growing or fast-paced organization.
  • Experience with vendor management, budgeting, event coordination, or human resources administration.
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.

Salary

$60,000 - $80,000 per year
