As Associate Actuary, you will lead a team of analysts to complete a variety of projects and engagements, including such work as the following:

• Diagnosing issues, recommending actions, and implementing solutions for Health customers' financial risk challenges
• Implementing Artificial Intelligence solutions that enhance the quality and volume of actuaries' output
• Enabling new Health innovations to reach patients by quantifying and demonstrating the Return on Investment (ROI)
• Presenting findings and persuading healthcare leaders to do the right thing
• Developing junior staff members to achieve their personal and professional goals
