As Actuarial Director, you will collaborate in setting strategy for Havarti's Actuarial Solutions group, including:

• Designing new products and offerings
• Determining product development priorities
• Meeting with the Senior Leadership Team to assess alternatives and finalize direction on assigned products

Additionally, the Actuarial Director will lead a team of analysts to complete a variety of projects and engagements, including such work as the following:

• Diagnosing issues, recommending actions, and implementing solutions for Health customers' financial risk challenges
• Implementing Artificial Intelligence solutions that enhance the quality and volume of actuaries' output
• Enabling new Health innovations to reach patients by quantifying and demonstrating the Return on Investment (ROI)
• Presenting findings and persuading healthcare leaders to do the right thing
• Developing staff members to achieve their personal and professional goals
