Job Overview:

As a Guest Services Reservationist, you will be responsible for assisting guests with their reservations, providing information about our shows, and ensuring that all their needs are met during their visit. Your friendly and professional demeanor will help create a warm and inviting atmosphere, leaving a lasting positive impression on our guests.

Responsibilities:

- Assist guests in making reservations and provide information on show availability, seating options, and ticket prices

- Process reservations accurately and efficiently using our reservation system

- Answer incoming calls and respond to guest inquiries in a friendly and helpful manner

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring guest satisfaction

- Stay updated on our shows, promotions, and special events to provide accurate information to guests

- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while handling guest interactions

- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and securely

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

- Proficient in using reservation systems and basic computer applications

- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
