Hatch Home Repair LLC is seeking a reliable Construction Groundsman to assist with day-to-day job site operations and support crews on residential construction and remodeling projects.

Responsibilities:

• Load, unload, and organize tools, equipment, and materials
• Keep job sites clean, safe, and free of debris
• Assist with demolition, material removal, and cleanup
• Support crews with roofing, siding, drywall, flooring, windows, and exterior work
• Move materials to and from work areas as needed
• Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely
• Assist with setup and breakdown of ladders, scaffolding, and equipment
• Help with dumpster loading and debris disposal
• Follow safety procedures and wear proper PPE at all times
• Assist lead crew members with general labor tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Ability to lift 50–100 lbs regularly
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
• Construction experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Must wear proper work boots and appropriate job site attire
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
