Harvest Solar, a solar electrical contractor located in Bozeman, MT, is seeking a qualified Installer for Residential & Commercial grid-tied PV systems. In this position, the installer will perform duties required for a successful solar electric array install. Position will work with Crew Leader to ensure all systems are installed at the highest quality in a timely and professional fashion.
Description
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• Install solar systems and associated electrical equipment
• Ensure safe working practices are followed at all times on the jobsite
• Complete all work efficiently and to a high quality standard
• Layout and assembly of solar modules / array and mounting hardware
• Mechanical/structural mounting of racking, modules and electrical equipment
• Document completion of installation
• Clean up of job site
• Attend mandatory training sessions on new products, installation methodology and safety
• Additional duties required as needed

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience in construction trades
• Ability to follow plans and utilize
• Excellent communication skills
• Interest in learning new trade
• Strong customer service;
• Must have a strong work ethic;
• Occasional travel required.
• Valid driver’s license and successful completion of background check.
Pay DOE
Salary
$18 - $24 per hour
