Recruiters work closely with their industry team to source and place top-qualified candidates. This person will be responsible for recruiting for several high-level openings at any given time. This role focuses on high-touch candidate relationship management, customer focus, and responsiveness in client-facing activities. A Recruiter is the subject matter expert around applicant tracking systems, candidate sourcing methodologies, and recruitment process effectiveness.

Who We’re Looking for

We are looking for a Recruiter to join our growing team. If you’re a driven individual who enjoys networking, building relationships, and matching skills with needs, then this is an excellent opportunity for you.

The ideal candidate is someone with recruiting or inside sales experience, including understanding the needs of hiring managers, talent sourcing, and attracting candidates to interview and accept offers from our awesome clients. This position will have immediate access to a functioning and growing book of clients with multiple openings. This person should be a strong communicator with a keen ability to connect with both clients and candidates. This role offers a very competitive commission structure. Successful recruiters regularly collaborate with their industry team and manager and proactively manage pipelines, client satisfaction, and performance. 

 

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Full cycle recruiting from sourcing to candidate placement and follow-up. 
  • Manage communication with clients/hiring managers to understand needs/priorities, submit and articulate candidate qualifications, schedule interviews, and facilitate offers.
  • Grow and foster high-touch relationships with a database of qualified active and passive talent to pull from as new positions open up.
  • Cold call candidates to determine interest.
  • Keep all job postings and candidate information updated and organized in all required systems, including accurate and adequate notes at all stages of the process.
  • Stay current on recruiting trends and best practices, increasing your knowledge of your industry to become an expert.
  • Partner with Business Development Team to elevate the client experience.
  • Hunter mentality, always listening for new leads and passing them off to the Business Development Team.
  • All team members are responsible for upholding and adding value to the culture at Harrison Gray.


Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a quota carrying sales, recruiting, or business development position 
  • Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills
  • You have demonstrated the ability to work well under the pressure of deadlines and multiple priorities.
  • Excellent Apple/Mac skills, including proficiency using Google Workplace and various audiovisual equipment and virtual meeting platforms, including Zoom and Google Meet. 
  • Outstanding negotiation skills and experience communicating with senior management
  • Strong analytical skills to identify trends and sales patterns
  • Planning, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Highschool diploma


Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
