Provide operational project management through planning, execution, monitoring and controlling, and closing aspects of projects. Manage small to moderate size projects. The Project Manager is responsible during the project timeframe for determining needs and scheduling people and resources effectively. The Project Manager will appropriately plan and schedule work and manage projects to ensure completion of projects scope on-time, within budget, and with quality. The Project Manager will engage in the appropriate customer interactions and engage other stakeholders as needed for customer interactions and provide appropriate project communications. The Project Manager will be required to handle multiple projects at any given time, all with varying schedules, scopes of work, staffing levels, and requirements.



- Plan, execute, monitor, and close projects using appropriate principles, methods, and techniques.

- Communicate project requirements to team members and stakeholders and maintain accurate records of project status.

- Develop project plans, scope documents, and other planning documents.

- Identify and minimize project risks and deviations from estimated costs and deadlines.

- Coordinate procurement of materials and services necessary for project completion.

- Manage project finances and adjust plans as needed to meet financial goals.

- Lead project deliverables and ensure quality control mechanisms are in place.

- Manage project resources effectively and report on key metrics, including customer satisfaction.

- Generate new ideas and solutions to improve delivery quality and reduce costs.

- Support other teams as needed and handle escalated customer calls.

- Prepare formal correspondence and respond to customer questions or concerns.

- Perform other duties as assigned.


- Ability to organize, plan, and prioritize work in a deadline-oriented environment.

- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

- Analytical skills to resolve problems and find solutions.

- Knowledge of sales, installation, billing, and monitoring systems.

- Proficiency in Project Management fundamentals, methodologies, and tools.

- Basic understanding of the commercial security industry.

- Proficiency in MS Office and Project software.

- Willingness to continuously upgrade supervisory skills through training and seminars.

- Ability to travel as required.

Minimum Qualifications:

- High School Diploma or equivalent.

- 3+ years of experience in IT or Physical Security industry and Project Management.

- Basic knowledge of the electronic security industry.

- CSPM or PMP certification preferred.


$85,000 - $100,000 per year
